At Willamette Valley Protective Services, we put all applicants through an extensive and thorough background check making certain that every security officer we hire has all the current certifications to meet Federal, State and/or local requirements to be a licensed private security guard/officer. We also want to ensure that our security guard/officers meet our high standards in regards to integrity and professionalism along with experience from a proven security service field such as but not limited to: Law enforcement, private security or military. Each employee hired by Willamette Valley Protective Services then undergoes internal training which is designed to ensure our officers are all learning the WVPS way. To train the WVPS way is so that you, our client, are assured what to expect from all of our Willamette Valley Protective Services guard/officer at anytime knowing that you have the best person for the job.
Service Specialties
We at Willamette Valley Protective Services specialize in a unique style of patrol. Our patrol vehicles are equipped with on-board computers that help to track violations, licence plates, trespassers, incident reports and weekly patrol reports for our clients. In addition our patrol vehicles are equipped with dash cam surveillance to document incidents for the safety of the patrol officers and for the prosecution of unauthorized activity. All WVPS officers, whether on patrol or posted, are trained in situational awareness, noticing details such as open car doors, trunks or hatches and suspicious activity. During patrols our officers will take the time necessary to be thorough, interacting with your community which aids in a better understanding of the property's needs.
